CarConex operates a two-sided marketplace that helps customers connect with automotive service providers, starting with car detailing and related automotive care services.

We may send push notifications through the app about account activity, job requests, quote responses, booking updates, messages, service updates and other platform-related activity.
You can manage push notification settings through your device settings.
Payment information
At launch, CarConex does not process in-app payments between customers and service providers. Customers generally pay service providers directly outside the platform.
If CarConex later introduces paid features, subscriptions, lead fees, in-app payments or other payment functionality, we may collect billing-related information and use third-party payment processors. We generally do not store full credit card details ourselves.
